CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight — seller's price includes freight and insurance to the destination port.
EXW
Ex Works — buyer takes responsibility for goods from our facility, including all transport and export clearance.
MOQ
Minimum Order Quantity — the smallest volume we can accept for a given product and packaging format.
LC
Letter of Credit — a bank-issued payment guarantee, commonly used for larger first-time orders.
HS Code
Harmonized System Code — the international product classification number used for customs duty and tariffs.
RCMC
Registration-cum-Membership Certificate — confirms our registration with a recognised export promotion council.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Confirms plant-based goods are free of pests and disease, issued by a government plant protection authority.
Certificate of Origin
Confirms goods originate from India; may qualify your shipment for preferential import duty rates.
Bill of Lading
The shipping document issued by the carrier, serving as proof of shipment and title to the goods.
